It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fernando Perez in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fernando Perez to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Perez (Montes) and Guadalupe Ruiz (Ruiz); his wife Clara Argelia; and his siblings, Ernestina, Ramon and Miguelo.

He is survived by: his son Fernando Perez III (Debbie); his grandson Dr. Fernando Perez IV (Caroline); and his great grandchild Arianna Valentina Perez.

He also loved to exercise and went to the gym every day until the age of 93 when COVID forced him to stop going.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the St. Luke's Children's Hospital in his honor.
