She was predeceased by: her parents, Fran Genovese and Dom Genovese; and her husband John R. Silvestri. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Marie Silvestri of Frankfurt and John P. Silvestri; and her grandsons, John and Ben Silvestri.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Frances's honor to Gulfside Hospice .
