“When we think of Frank, that thought will always accompany a smile. We moved in next door 6 years ago. He made us feel welcomed from the start. We will miss his daily chats, and pulling up to his smile. I remember one day while watching PBS, we both paused as Frank was on TV. He had donated his car for a charitable cause. The next day, I told him he was the only celebirty that I had ever met. We both had a good laugh. He, and these little exchanges, will be dearly missed. Kim & Brett Overlander”
