She is survived by: her husband Reginald Ratliff of Tampa, FL; her brothers, Willie Reginald Blount (Annie Graham) of Red Springs, NC, Jeffrey Blount of Tampa, FL and Billie Blount of Ellenville, NY; and her children, Wanda Blount, Gregory Bradley, Keith Bradley, Ashley Blount and Bridget Blount. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
