She is survived by: her son Robert Alfonso (Diana P. Alfonso); her brother Nelson Fernandez, Sr.; her grandsons, Christopher A. Alfonso and Robert J. Alfonso (Charlene A. Alfonso); and her great grandchildren, Robert A. (Robbie) and Andrew J. Alfonso (Andy).
