She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Gilman and Virginia Gilman. She is survived by: her husband Fred Singleton; her sons, Alexander and Atlas Singleton; and her sister Sherry Sprowl.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Donate Life (an American organ transplant foundation) in Jacqueline's honor.
