He is survived by: his wife Cheryl of Tampa, FL; his daughter Annmarie Barlow of Woodbury, TN; his sister Sue; his brother-in-law Chuck Conant of Church Hill, TN; his brother Darrin; his sister-in-law Lisa Barlow of Odessa, FL; his stepmother Fredda Barlow of Zephyrhills, FL; and his aunt Jeanie Gowan of Tampa, FL.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Carrollwood Baptist Church (5395 Ehrlich Rd, Tampa, FL 33625).
James L. Barlow, better known as Jimmy to his friends and family, fought the long race of Alzheimer's Disease and finally finished that race on August 31, 2026.
