He was predeceased by : his parents, James McMillan and Sadie Mae Dozier. He is survived by : his former life partner Cynthia Autry; his children, Victoria McMillan, Shandora Rivers and James E. McMillan III of Tampa, FL; his siblings, Deborah McNeal (Pete) of Cape Coral, Sarah Carter (Lewis) of Ft. Walton Beach, Paulette McMillan (Joseph Spencer) of Tampa, Kimberly Nobles (Oronda) of Tampa, Victoria Robinson of Tampa, Alexander Robinson of Tampa and Bernard Robinson (Andrea) of Tampa; his stepmother Elaine McMillan; and his close friend Deborah Williams. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
