It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Michael Harkness of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Harkness and Virginia Neal; his stepfather Harold Neal; his brother Nathan Neal; his nephews, Donald and David; and his niece Amanda.

He is survived by: his wife Marina Harkness; his sons, James Harkness Jr. (Marni) and Chris Harkness; his grandchildren, Kaylie, Jimmy and Chelsie Harkness; his siblings, Regina Lankford, Jack Neal and Debra O'Neil; and his nieces and nephews, Dusty, Nico, Kelsey, Kyle, April, Amber and Denise. He is also survived by his family, friends.
