Jasmine Govea Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jasmine Govea of Tampa, Florida, born in Tallahassee, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jasmine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jasmine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her grandparents, Terry and Ann Ivester; her parents, Cheryl Govea and Stenio Govea (Liza); her siblings, Ariel Govea and Sebastian Govea; her uncle Adam Hughes (Sara); her aunt April Ivester (Thomas); and her cousins, Tristen Ivester, Hunter Ivester and Annabelle Ivester.
