He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kolb and Myrtle Richter Kolb. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Kolb (Adrian Kolb), Steven Kolb (Kay Currey Kolb) and Lisa Williams (Mike Henkel); his wife Carol Ann Kolb; and his brother Barry Kolb (Maureen Kolb).
Those wishing to honor his life may make a donation to the Deloitte / Jerry W. Kolb Award in the School of Accountancy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which funds scholarships for accounting students.
