He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ramon Ormaby Ortiz and Jackie Duren Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife Glenis Ortiz of Dade City, FL; his brothers, Dinky Ortiz of Adel, Timothy Wright of Albany and William "Dale" Young; his sister-in-law Teresa Bair of Albany; and his cousin Jody.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Purvis Funeral Home (207 E Mitchell St, Adel, GA 31620). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
