He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee; his children, Merritt Ann Harper (Georgia) of Atlanta and John Kenneth Harper; his daughter-in-law Suzanne of Cincinnati Ohio; his grandsons, Henry and Thomas; and his siblings, Mark Harper and Dorothy "Dottie" Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
