He is survived by: his siblings, Mark (Pam), Jacque (Dale), Jeanie (Jon), Jim, Beverly, Danny (Julie) and Mary Beth; his nieces and nephews, Angela (Matt), Cristin (Chris), Matthew (Amanda), Mandee (Tammy), Anna, Bonnie (Khemaran), Shelby, Zachary, Ryan, Samantha (Ricky), Tori (Brandon) and Trent; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Malia (Ethan), Alayna (Tanner), Isaiah, Noah, Sydney, Anniston, Paisley, Tyler, Micah, Austin, Madison, Nathan, Devan, Kiley, Ben, Ryleigh, Levi, Lexi and Khalil.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1941 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Rusty Burke Scholarship Fund.
