He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin and Annie Mae Messer; and his parents, Julius Jackson Sr. and Johnnie Mae Messer Franklin. He is survived by: his sisters, Rosa Marie McCasilin of Thonotosassa, Florida, Jo Ann Shop of Thonotosassa, Florida and Evangeline Jackson of Thonotosassa, Florida; and his cousin Betty Ann Bing of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
