He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rascoe; his children, Timothy Rascoe (Caroline) and Patricia Goulden (Stuart); his grandchildren, Stephanie Maynard, Andrea Maynard, Allison Goulden, Amanda Goulden, Megan Goulden, Sean Rascoe and Madalyn Rascoe; and his great grandchild Roisin Martin Maynard.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (4705 S Catherine St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
