He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Ann Carr; and his stepmother Carol Lee Carr. He is survived by: his father Hubert "Nelson" Carr of Cadiz, KY; his daughters, Alexandra Ann Carr of New Lenox, IL and Kara Isabelle Carr of New Lenox, IL; the mother of his children Patricia "Trish" Dawn Carr; his sisters, Shelby Brown and Stacie Carr; his stepbrother Russell Leep (Anna); and his nephews, James Clifton Carr (Ixtzel), Cayden James Griffin, Wyatt Preston Brown and Peyton Riley Griffin.
