He is survived by: his daughters, Carly Johnson and Chelsea Nichols (Steve); his grandson Lennon; his pet Rexy; his brother Kimber Johnson (Lorraine); his niece Susannah Johnson; and his cousins, Barri Jill Swanson and Samantha Swanson (Deanna Johnson).
