He is survived by: his wife Brenda Chadwell; his children, Melanie Canizares (Anthony), Larry Chadwell Jr., Juanita Erin Prissel M. D. (Mitch), Roxie Evelyn Nziramasango (TC) and Laura Rose Todd (Curtis); and his siblings, David Ross, James Mitchell, Donald Ray, Chester Earl, Michael Edward, Cora Sue Chadwell, Wanda Rose Chadwell-Fetcko and Sandra Gail Chadwell-Rollins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
