He is survived by: his children, Beth Starker, Robert Hamilton (Donna), Scott Hamilton, Katie Hamilton and Cindy Ford; and his siblings, Jan Crowder, Richard Hamilton and Barry Maul. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
