He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Michael Quigley and Mary Quigley Brooker (Shaun); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Elizabeth, Madeline Grace and William Shaun II; and his sister Patricia DeWitt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
