She is survived by: her mother Olga I. Hernandez; her siblings, Israel Hernandez Jr. and Lillian Ellis; her brother-in-law John Ellis; and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Figueroa, Stacey Ann Hernandez, Kimberly Torres Castañon, Ashley Ellis, Jalyssa Ellis, Zachary Ellis, Tayla Ellis, Jaclyn Ellis and Julian Ellis. She is also survived by four great-nephews and four great-nieces.
