He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his son Lewis Jr.; his stepchildren, Cara, Chad and Caleb; and his siblings, Jackie G. Duckett, Agie Green of Greenville and James E. Green of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
