She was predeceased by: her sister Traci. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Hoffman and Terry Hoffman (Short); her pet Wilson; her aunts, Carol O'Neil, Janice Cart, Jean Kinyon, Arlene Austin and Karen Vaughn; and her uncle Roger Short. She is also survived by numerous friends and co-workers.
