She is survived by: her mother Lily Massaro Fazio; her siblings, Rose Burley (Mitch), Sylvia Hornaman (Cary), Paul Fazio (Cecy) and Luci Hart (George); and her siblings' children, Ryan Burley (Staci), Alena Knapp (Kyle), Thomas Burley (Kim), Rod Hart (Rachel), Courtney, Garrett Hart, Marie, Anne and Emilie Fazio.
