He is survived by: his wife Carmen Montoto; and his children, Ana, Loreto, Carmen Lucia (Manuel), Teresa Bibiana, Victoria, Angeles, Mario José (Inanç) and Luis Rafael (Tacy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
