He was predeceased by: his father Alexander Joseph Kelly Jr.; and his brothers, Alexander Kelly III and Timothy Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Kelly Sr.; his children, Megan Elizabeth Kelly-Horrnik (Anthony "Tony" Horrnik) and Mark Patrick Kelly Jr.; his granddaughter Sutton; and his sisters, Mary Ann Kelly Jr. (Luther Waller) and Mary Frances Kelly.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (821 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33629). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Curlew Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Mark's memory to the Lewy Body Dementia Association supporting research and care for those living with the diagnosis.
