He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Meadows. He is survived by: his mother Linda C. Meadows; and his brothers, Steve Meadows and Brian Meadows.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (2975 Old Husbands Rd, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
