He is survived by: his mother Nelda Elizabeth Shiflett (Thompson) of Birmingham; his wife Roxanne Shiflett (Nero) of Tampa; his children, Mark Jr. Shiflett (Cheyenne) of St. Petersburg, Brittany Lankford (Kyle) of Bowling Green, Christa Lopez (Kevin Maloney) of St. Petersburg and Sara Blume (Tyler) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Eleanor, Chloe, Allie Mae, Ruby Jean, Lorenzo and Luca; his aunt Janice Johnson; and his uncle Jack Shiflett (Rhonda Thompson Brasher).
