She is survived by: her children, Fred F. Church III (Gale) and Stacy Lee Church; her grandchildren, Camille, Ian, Kayla, Sam and Jayne; her nephew Bob Dickerson (Debra); her nieces, Gail Dickerson (Eva) and Judy Dickerson; her sister-in-law Marvine Tyler (Bill); her nieces, Rebecca, Caroline, Sarah and Julie Shaw (Donnie); her great-nieces, Sophie and Rina; and her husband Paul. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
