The memory of Michael Joseph Solomon (Tampa, Florida), born in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 3, 2024 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Martha; and his granddaughter Mary Margaret "Mae" Dunn. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Solomon (Christine), Susan Simmons (Rob), Missy Dunn and Katie Holland (Bobby); and his siblings, Paul Solomon, Dr. William Solomon of New Freedom and Mary McAlindon of Flint. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many devoted nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cristo Rey Catholic School in Tampa, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Michael's memory, continuing his legacy of helping those in need.
