He is survived by: his wife Naomi Powell; his brother Mark Powell (Laura) of New Port Richey, FL; his children, Justin Powell (Marisa) of Tampa, FL, William Powell (Sarah) of Altamonte Springs, FL and Kelly Holzberger (Fred) of Prince Frederick, MD.; and his grandchildren, Freddy Holzberger, Matthew Holzberger, Josiah Powell, Alida Powell, Jaidalyn Powell, Jayliah Powell and Katie Oxman (Warren). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Countryside Christian Church to the Celebrate Recovery program in honor of Michael.
