He was predeceased by: his father Bob Lees. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Lees; his mother Janie Lees; his sisters, Jessica Bond (Oliver) and Erica Jastrow (Keith); his niece Maddie Jastrow; his nephews, Everett Bond and Tyler Jastrow; and his parents-in-law, Roger and Lorella Swain.
