He was predeceased by: his parents, Ren and Kiem. He is survived by: his wife Thanh Thi Nguyen; his children, Tam, Hung, Giao, Vong, Chau and Tien; his grandchildren, Tam-Nhu of Thao-Mi, Ally, Avery, Annie, Adam, Addison, Albert and Tyler; and his siblings, Chinh and Chi.
