It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mirta Gonzalez (Tampa, Florida), who passed away on May 19, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurelio Garcia and Ramona Cacciatore Garcia; and her husband Albert Gonzalez. She is survived by: her son Mark Gonzalez (Elaine Harshbarger); her grandchildren, Isabella Pittman Farrell (Peter), Alexandra Pittman, Jonathan Pittman and Matthew Pittman; and her great grandchildren, Brielle and Valerie.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (5225 N Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33614).
