He was predeceased by : his parents, Percy Everett and Nora Everett; his parents-in-law, Willie Jack and Marietta Johnson; his brothers, Earnest Everett, Willie Everett, Sr., Arthur Everett, Jessie Everett, Roosevelt Everett, Edward Everett and Percy Everett; his brother-in-law Earnest Clark; and his sisters, Alice Lee Davis, Annie Murl Cole and Mary Lou Davis.
He is survived by : his children, Gregory Everett, Desiree Everett, Cheryl Everett Marion and Tony Warren (Val); his grandchildren, Clayton "Teco" Marion (Reva), Maurice Marion, Tashina Perry, Nicolette Everett Kennedy, LaToya Everett, Gregory Everett, II (Christie), Shaniquea Marshall, Rickey Riser, II (Regina), Acquelyn Shaneka Riser (Anthony), LaKesha Everett, Morris D. Everett (Sharonda), Antionette Warren, Arleta Warren, Ivannisha Warren, Waylon Warren, Patrick Warren and Antonio Jordan; his siblings, Bryant Everett, Monroe Everett (Evelyn) and Consuella Leath (Eugene); his sister-in-law Katherine Clark; his cousins, Elmo Bryant of Marianna, FL and Rosie McKay of Marianna, FL; his godson Bruce Meeks; his close friends, Arthur Dunnigan, Charles Fraizer and Chuck Fraizer; his friends, Roberta Johnson, Tresa Boykin, Clayton "Tom" Marion, Linda Shepherd, Barbara Dixon, Mildred Davis, Almeta Butler, Betty Hammond and Willie Evans; and also, Mattie Lampkin, Christopher Lampkin, Sylvester Brown, Frederick Brown, Roosevelt Philyor and Patricia Luke. He is also survived by fifty-two great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and endless god-chosen sons, daughters and grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aikens Funeral Home (2708 E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa, FL 33610). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph M. B. Church (5914 S 78th St, Tampa, FL 33619). A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (4615 E Hanna Ave, Tampa, FL 33610).
