We announce the death of Mother Beverly Ann Sledge (Tampa, Florida), born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on May 27, 2026, at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Augustus Adams and Flora Parks-Bearclaw; her husband Ruben; and her siblings, Evlond (AL), Emmett, Eddie, Irvin, Charles, Josie, Shirleen, Dorothy and Melody.
She is survived by: her grandchild Keeli; her children, Alycia (Andrew), LaShann (late Anthony), Ruben, Jr., Sheena and Keeli; and her grandchildren, Darius (Megan), Jamee, Shakayla, Joseph (Viridiana), Lamar, Lena, Nathan, Myesha, Leontyne, Teah and Jazmyne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
