She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Williams and David Williams (Liz); her grandchildren, Kelly Stanko (Kerry), Justin Stanko, Tyson Williams (Michele), Ashley Williams, Kelly Williams (Alex) and Michael Williams; and her great grandchildren, Aiden and Nicholas Stanko. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Seminole Heights United Methodist Church in Ruth's honor.

“Tommy and David, Rick Reynolds here. I am sorry to hear of the passing of your wonderful mother. I cannot attend the service Saturday, but wanted to let you know she was one of my favorite people growing up. When she talked with me it was like she was my aunt! We knew her well from church and the beach, and my mom Camille and she were tight. But at 98, she'd have to be looking forward to what awaits her in heaven. She will undoubtedly have the Savior's ear! I am sorry for your loss regardless.”
