Norma was preceded in death by the love of her life, William (Bill) Fortney in 1992. Also by her parents George & Nellie Lokers as well as her siblings, Lavina, Harriet and George.

Norma is survived by her 3 children, Julie Martinez of Maine, Jamie Lowry of Hermosa Beach California and Dave (Colleen) Fortney of Tampa Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren Cara (Kevin) Hinman and William Lowry of California, Travis (Bianca) Fortney of Michigan and Stephanie (Joey) Rodriguez of Florida as well as her great grandson Jordan Rodriguez.
