She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cavezzi and Eunice Cavezzi; and her sister Ceceilia Cavezzi. She is survived by: her siblings, Mark Cavezzi and Debbie Singletary (Tom); and her nieces and nephews, Kurt Nickerson, Steve Nickerson (Lisa), Heather (Travis) and Lindsay (Russ). She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Paula's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
