We announce the death of Ramdath Sumai (Tampa, Florida), who passed away on June 2, 2026, at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sumai Persad and Rajbassie Tulsie Husband (Monica) of Angela; and his child Vijay. He is survived by: his child Vijayanthi (Cassie); his grandchildren, Ian and Greig; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Alexi, Olivia and Cameron; his son-in-law Dave; his granddaughter-in-law Kristina; and his siblings, Jasodra (late Phlumatee), Dharie, Gill (late Bago), Narase, Rajo, Chanda, Pooran and Roma.
