He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius W. Schlueter and Gladys Schlueter (Kubicek); his son Brent Schlueter; and his brother Danny Joe Schlueter. He is survived by: his wife Jane Schlueter (Guthrie) of Tampa; his daughter Julie Schlueter (Ian Broggy) of Queens; and his brothers, Mark Schlueter (Beth) of Edwardsville and Jim Schlueter (Amy) of Spirit Lake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
