With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Wayne Silver of Tampa, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wayne Silver and Vivian Lorraine Waechter; his wife Barbara Jipp; his in-laws, Charles and Eleanor Jipp; and his brother-in-law Chuck Jipp.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Jungling of Wesley Chapel, Florida and Richard (Natalie Silver); his siblings, Carla Toms (Jeff), Ron Silver (Mindy) and Roger Silver (Shelly); his sisters-in-law, Lori Lavender Jipp and Debbie Lindenberg; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Clayton Jungling and Madison Silver. He is also survived by niece and four nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Erb Center (1601 Industrial Park Rd, Boone, IA 50036).
