With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Earl Bass Sr. of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Bass; and his sons, Sam Bass, Robert Bass Jr. and Ricky Paraz. He is survived by: his children, Mike Bass, James Bass, Joyce Bass and Vanessa Williams; his grandchildren, Jamie, Tony, Cori, Jason, Berna, Marcus, Evee, Robbie, Kieron and Patrick; his great grandchildren, Alana, Gabriel, Jalen, Michael, Nathaniel, Natalie, Eyaan and Isabella; and his great great grandchild Banyan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fisher House Foundation, honoring the service members who have sacrificed for their country, just as Sam did.
