He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter Byrd Sr. and Colleen Byrd (Compton); and his siblings, James Byrd and Diane Plummer. He is survived by: his children, Jake Worden (Nataya), Virginia Byrd (Walter Neer), Christy Elliston (Brian Elliston) and Christopher Byrd; and his siblings, Michael Byrd and Gayle Walp. He is also survived by grandchildren; three cherished great-grandchildren; five nieces; four nephews; and numerous extended family members and dear friends.
