He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Rust. He is survived by: his father Fred Creemers; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Young; his brother-in-law James Young; his wife Jenny Creemers; his daughters, Shelby Green (Cody) and Lindsay Leclerc (Jason); his grandchildren, Lexy Leclerc and Zachary Green; and his sisters, Shawn Vanderworp (Ray) and Debbie Simmons (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
