He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Kelley, II. He is survived by: his mother SuChen Chiang Kelley of Brandon; his son Jeremy Kelley of St. Petersburg; his sisters, Margaret Fowler (Clay) of Brandon, Elizabeth Barrett of Lithia and Roberta Bradford of Lithia; and his siblings' children, Erika Barrett of Spring Hill, TN, Bridget Barrett of Atlanta, GA, Joshua Fowler of Riverview, Alex Fowler of Brandon and Katie Bradford of Lithia. He is also survived by his son, mother, three sisters and five nieces and nephews.
