He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jo Stevens; his sons, Tripp Stevens and Brent Stevens; his daughters-in-law, Lindsey Stevens and Cristi Stevens; his grandchildren, Bridgette Stevens, Braden Stevens, Riley Stevens and Emrie Stevens; his brothers, Randy Stevens and Scott Stevens; his sister-in-law Lori Stevens; his nephew Joshua Stevens; and his niece Kristen Parker.
