With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rochelle G. Stein (Tampa, Florida), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rochelle leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Hilsberg (Silberlight) and George Hilsberg; and her former husband Alan M. Stein.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Rochelle's name to Tunnel to Towers Foundation (T2T.org (http://t2t.org)) which has been helping America's heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families and by building specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders since September 11, 2001.
