He is survived by: his wife Dominque Neal; his sons, Chaz Breon Neal and Roger Kinte Neal, Jr.; his siblings, Margie Neal, Eddie Neal, Jr. (Sheila), Frankie Neal, Stephanie Simpson and Alfreda Hall (Eric); his aunts, Alta Faye Blair, Lillie Hutcherson, Bernice Robinson, Delores Jackson and Gloria Jackson; his uncle Floyd Neal; his mother-in-law Janie Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Thomas, Charles Smith and Traveesica Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, god-sisters, god-brothers, godchildren, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aikens Funeral Home (2708 E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa, FL 33610). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the 34th Street Church of God (3000 N 34th St, Tampa, FL 33605).
